Good Morning Perry! I have wanted to speak with you directly since our move last week to thank you for all that you and your personnel did to make our move so successful. I cannot thank you enough for your cooperative nature and accommodations of my needs particularly during a very busy time which was only compounded by Christmas. The willingness of Hugh and Jessie during the Christmas season to assist me with my packing needs was greatly appreciated. I phoned Hugh the other day to speak with him directly and to thank him and Jessie for all that they did. I wanted to be assured that he is feeling better too! Further to that, the crews both on Monday and on Tuesday were exemplary. Everyone was very friendly, professional and accommodating. What impressed me the most was the dedication of each and every person to work hard and get the job done! Also, when it became apparent that another truck was needed, that matter was handled effectively - no fuss - just resolved! My husband met everyone for the first time on Tuesday - the day we moved into our new home in Uxbridge. He was truly impressed. To have the beds assembled - furniture that needed to be dismantled reassembled - these were just a few items that impressed him and relieved him of a lot of work! I loved the care taken wrapping our antiques and assisting me on Monday in Pickering. Erika was most helpful and willing to help. Her manner and assistance were greatly appreciated! To summarize, I am so thankful that my friend whose opinion I value referred your company to me and I in turn have already done so for you as I know a few people who are on the move! There’s nothing that beats a direct referral and you are all deserving of such! We wish you continued success and a very healthy and prosperous New Year!
