May 29, 2000 Dear Mr Greg Thorne, For the past five years G&S Movers has been my moving company of choice for both residential and commercial moves. On each moving occasion I was delighted with the efficiency and competence of your staff, and have always endorsed your services eagerly to friends and business peers. Recently our company had to move our office from Thornhill to Toronto, and instead of calling G&S we elected to employ a company that owed us money through a corporate barter program. I am writing you today to say that will never happen again! You guys are our movers for life. I have been spoiled by your high level of service for so long that I forgot just how “head & shoulders” above the other moving companies you actually are.
