Dear Shirley: Just a brief note to express our thanks to everyone involved at G&S for making our move on July 31st such a pleasant experience. From the visit by the estimator to the actual moving out and moving in we couldn’t have been more satisfied. A special thanks to the movers who came right on time, who packed and delivered everything without a scratch, and who went “above and beyond” in their efforts to squeeze a very old and heavy upright grand piano into the downstairs den of our new home. Although it just wouldn’t fit, they made every effort to get it in. We ended up selling the piano to a family with an 8-year old boy who couldn’t have been more thrilled …so, everything worked out well in the end. We got a good price for the piano and the young boy got what he wanted most. We have a keyboard that is much lighter so we are not left without “music”. Again, thanks for everything. We have recommended you to our friends and, in fact, one family has already used your services ... Glen and Georgia Ford who not long ago moved from Toronto to Orillia. Others will follow we’re sure.
